The following
is part of a proposal for a World Harmony Center in Costa
Rica. It is also offered as an
example for the possible organization
of centers in other locations:
A Three Layered Plan
Here, we propose a plan to provide
three layers of structure in order to develop and manifest the essential
ideals of the World Harmony Project, while simultaneously generating
operational funds in a sustainable way.
The three layers are intended to
provide convenient access to public areas, while maintaining tranquility
in the residential part of the community.
It would serve and educate the public and it
would be a peaceful home for those who serve.
The three layers include:

Gateway: Hospitality
and Eco-Tourism
Center

Core Services: University
of Sustainability, with an Arts and Convention center and a
Wholistic Health Retreat

Sustainable
Community

Throughout the premises, Harmony and Sustainability will be
practiced in every possible way.
Perma-culture and Reforestation, including Edible and medicinal plants
as well as those provided for aroma and visual beauty will
be everywhere.
Energy will be provided by the
most sustainable means.
Motorized traffic will be at a
minimum.
To the extent possible, noisier activities and
disagreeable aromas will be downwind and insulated by layers of forest
and vegetation.
